We are currently seeking individuals who have previous New Zealand Export administration experience and can hit the ground running.
Key Requirements:
- Strong New Zealand experience in fast-paced customs and export environments
- Previous New Zealand air freight and land freight documentation experience
- Supporting sales and export teams
- Data input of sales orders and invoices
- Sales reporting generation
- High Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting customers over the phone
- Flexible, positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Customer focused
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to fit into a team and work collaboratively
Please note only New Zealand Citizens, Permanent Residents or current Work Visa holders with previous New Zealand work experience will be considered.
