We are currently seeking individuals who have previous New Zealand Export administration experience and can hit the ground running.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong New Zealand experience in fast-paced customs and export environments
  • Previous New Zealand air freight and land freight documentation experience
  • Supporting sales and export teams
  • Data input of sales orders and invoices
  • Sales reporting generation
  • High Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience supporting customers over the phone
  • Flexible, positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Customer focused
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to fit into a team and work collaboratively

Please note only New Zealand Citizens, Permanent Residents or current Work Visa holders with previous New Zealand work experience will be considered.
