Part Time Job, Fixed Term November to End of March (With possibility of extension)

The Job includes some Evening work on a fixed roster Working

Sunday 9am to Close (7pm Summer/6pm Winter)

Accommodation available for those with their own caravan or motor home

• Checking in and out of guests
• Ensuring that all guest accounts are correct, revenue is posted on the day charges are incurred, prepare invoices and balance daily cashiering
• Ensuring that all security procedures are followed in relation to cash, keys, guest security and privacy
• Handling requests and complaints, deferring to the Manager/Supervisor when necessary
• Maintaining a consistently high standard of accuracy when inputting information into the holiday park’s computer systems
• Demonstrating an understanding of both Health & Safety (including accident reporting procedures) and emergency procedures and assisting in holiday park evacuations

• Clean Driver license
• Cash handling skills
• Approachable manner well presented
• Fluent use of Computer Systems
• Hard work and Dedication
• Ability to be flexible in roles and hours
• Be able to Deal with ever-different Customer base
• Great References
• Willingness to do Cabin laundry

• Bilingual
• Experience in tourism sector
• Experience with NewBook or similar property management system
