Warehouse Supervisor – Immediate Start | Hornby

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a well-established paint supply company based in Hornby. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a small team and keeping operations running smoothly.

What’s on offer:

• Competitive pay: $28 – $32 per hour (depending on experience)
• Immediate start available
• Consistent hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Supportive team environment

Key duties include:

• Leading and supervising a team of approx. 5 warehouse staff
• At least 3+ years experience in leadership within the warehouse sector is required
• Coordinating daily workflow and dispatch
• Maintaining health & safety standards
• Stock control and organisation
• Supporting team productivity and performance

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good organisational ability and attention to detail
• Industry knowledge (paint or similar) is desirable but not essential
• A proactive, hands-on attitude
