A well-established Dunedin trades business providing plumbing, electrical, and heating services to residential and commercial clients. With a strong local reputation, they pride themselves on quality workmanship, customer service, and supporting their dedicated team

About the role:
Joining the customer service team as an Administrator at a local Dunedin trades company, you will have skills in invoicing, account management and general administrative duties. We are looking for someone with a friendly personable attitude who is able to build relationships with customers and trade staff.

For the right person, this position would be temp-to-perm.

Role Responsibilities / Duties:

  • General administration support across teams
  • Answering phones
  • Processing invoices & follow up on outstanding balances
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Loggings jobs

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years' experience in administration, accounts receivable, reception
  • Strong communication skills and great phone manner
  • Able to build relationships with customers and trade staff
  • Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure
  • Computer/IT literate
