Are you passionate about creating delicious cuisine in a vibrant and exciting environment? ACE KTV is seeking a talented chef to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Hourly Rate: NZD$ 28.00 - NZD$ 32.00

• At least two years of proven commercial kitchen experience
• Ability to create seasonal menus
• Experience with Chinese/Asian-style street snacks suitable for bar and KTV settings
• Strong kitchen and stock management skills

• Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
• Check the quality and freshness of all ingredients
• Measure and assemble ingredients according to menu requirements
• Design seasonal menus that align with our bar and KTV atmosphere
• Maintain accurate food inventory and place orders as needed
• Store food items properly at safe and appropriate temperatures
• Prepare and present Chinese/Asian-style street snacks
• Rotate stock in accordance with established procedures
• Manage kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and meet quality standards
• Ensure the kitchen and food preparation areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at the end of each shift
