Café Manager
Field to Fork is a well-loved local café, famous for our outstanding pies and down-to-earth service. We’re looking for a steady, hands-on Café Manager who can keep our operation running smoothly and step into the kitchen or front of house whenever needed.
About the Role
You’ll take charge of day-to-day café operations including staff leadership, rostering, stock control, ordering and maintaining our high standards. While management is your main focus, you’ll also help with general café cooking during busy periods and support the team on the floor to keep service warm and efficient.
The role is primarily Monday to Friday 8am to 2pm, with the occasional evening shift when required. Ideal for someone who enjoys routine but doesn’t mind the odd change of pace.
