We’re Manson Engineering – a long-standing, proudly Kiwi-owned business specialising in aluminium design, fabrication and installation for over 40 years. We’re also the team behind EXO, creating high-end outdoor louvre systems that stand out across NZ.

We’re on the hunt for someone who’s reliable, practical, and up for a challenge - someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a high-performing, down-to-earth crew.

This role is mainly workshop-based, with some site work from time to time. You’ll be involved in aluminium fabrication, welding, and operating engineering machinery. If you’ve got a Site Safe passport bonus! If not, we’ll help you get one.

We work on some pretty exciting projects, and we’re proud of what we produce - quality is key, and we’re looking for someone who brings the same energy to their work.

You’ll need to:

• Hold a current NZ driver’s licence
• Be able to work independently to a high standard
• Be reliable, punctual, and have a strong attention to detail
• Read and interpret plans and technical drawings
• Have a good level of English (verbal and written)
• Be confident using a wide range of engineering tools and machinery

You’ll be someone who:

• Is self-motivated and takes initiative
• Has a positive, can-do attitude
• Works well with others and enjoys being part of a team
• Is open to learning new skills and taking direction
• Takes pride in their workmanship and cares about delivering for the customer
• Is open to occasional overtime when needed to meet deadlines
