A bit about your role

As a Warehouse Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement, storage, and dispatch of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods at our Rolleston site. You'll be responsible for operating material handling equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you'll work closely with warehouse staff, plant leaders, and quality teams. Your day-to-day will involve using barcode systems, supporting stocktakes, and contributing to a positive, high-performing team environment.

You will be skilled in production palletising and depalletising operations. Your attention to detail, tidy work habits, and commitment to quality and safety set you apart. You're always looking for ways to improve processes and are eager to learn and develop your skills further.
