The Company
Our client is a renowned, global engineering company who produces top quality, specialised machinery and equipment. They have a large workshop in Hamilton and they are seeking an experienced Stainless Steel Welder for their fabrication team.
The Role
This is a varied role where you will be welding and fabricating various intricate stainless steel parts from 1.5mm to 2mm, according to drawings. We are seeking someone with excellent Tig welding skills in multiple positions, and have experience in purge welding ideally.
Formal qualification is not required but welding tickets would be ideal. We are seeking someone who has a consistent history working in stainless steel, such as within food and dairy, HVAC, hospitality equipment, etc.
This is an immigration accredited employer, but you will need to be based in NZ to be considered.

- Fabrication skills and able to read drawings
- Experience in precise, bespoke jobs
- Health and safety conscious
- Able to work as a team
