HVAC Technician

We’re looking for an experienced, trade-qualified HVAC technician to join our growing team. You’ll be hands-on across a mix of residential and commercial installs, working on everything from hi-wall splits and VRF systems to ducted and multi-head setups.You’ll be part of a tight-knit crew that takes quality seriously and gets the job done right.
What You’ll Be Doing- Installing heat pump and air conditioning systems across residential and commercial sites
- Commissioning systems and carrying out pre-handover checks
- Running refrigerant pipework, condensate, and associated electrical connections
- Reading and working from technical drawings and equipment schedules
- Liaising with builders, main contractors, and clients on site
- Completing job documentation accurately and on time
- A current NZ Refrigeration Certificate of Competence (CoC) or international equivalent
- Proven experience installing split systems, multi-heads, and ducted units
- Solid understanding of refrigerant pipework, commissioning, and fault-finding
- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment schedules
- A full, clean NZ driver’s licence
- Good communication and a professional attitude on site
- Experience with Mitsubishi Electric or Panasonic systems is a bonus
