• Position: Duty Manager / FOH (Casual)
• Location: Rotorua & Surrounding Areas
• Duration: Mid-November 2025 Mid-March 2026 (4-months assignment)
• Pay: Competitive hourly rate + 8% Holiday Pay
• Accommodation: On-site rooms available ($200/week + $45 power)
• Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
• Days Off: Two per week

• 2+ years' experience in high-end, fast-paced hospitality
• Current Duty Manager Certificate (for Duty Manager applicants)
• Ability to work independently, stay calm, and use initiative under pressure
• Sharp grooming and immaculate presentation you look the part
• Friendly, positive energy with a passion for guest service
• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, café etiquette, and workflow
