Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced registered nurse who is able to:
- Lead and direct the team to ensure positive outcomes for the residents
- Make decisions based on sound knowledge and judgment
- Be accountable for own practice and conduct
- Make comprehensive assessments of residents and monitor care
- Safely administer medications
- Ensures all documentation requirements are met
- Act as an advocate for the resident when required
- Follow standard infection control precautions
- Communicate appropriately with residents and relatives
- Attend all education sessions and is responsible for own learning
- Live in Waihi/Waihi Beach
