• The Role

This is a hands-on position in a vibrant café environment, blending à la carte cooking with cabinet food production. You’ll work alongside the site manager to set the food direction, keep service running smoothly, and uphold the high standards our guests expect.

• Proven experience in a café or daytime dining kitchen
• Confidence to run and manage the kitchen independently – you’ll be the captain of the ship
• Impeccable quality and presentation standards – nothing leaves the pass unless it’s perfect
