Our tours showcase some of New Zealand’s most iconic destinations including Kaikoura, Mt Cook, Milford Sound, Arthurs Pass, Franz Josef, and beyond. We’re passionate about showing off New Zealand’s breath-taking scenery while ensuring our guests have the trip of a lifetime.
We are currently looking for casual Guide & Drivers based in Queenstown to operate both full-day and multi-day small-group tours. This is an incredible opportunity to get paid to travel while working in one of the most scenic jobs in New Zealand.
Please note: This role can involves long hours, overnight travel, and requires excellent time management.

- Ensure guests have a fun, safe, and memorable experience from start to finish
- Manage tour logistics and timings throughout the day
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete daily vehicle checks
- Enjoy constantly changing scenery — your office view will never be the same twice!
- The right to work in New Zealand (we do not sponsor work visas)
- A current New Zealand Passenger Endorsement (P Endorsement) on a full driver licence
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- A passion for engaging with guests and storytelling
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays (essential)
- Confidence driving long distances and in varying weather conditions
- Experience driving manual vehicles and reversing trailers is preferred and considered a bonus
- Experience operating tours to Mt Cook and Milford Sound is highly regarded, but not essential
