About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Mental Health nursing to join our General Adult Community Mental Health team, based in Whangarei.
About the Service/Location
The Community Mental Health service provides community-based assessment and treatment services to patients, including those presenting with alcohol and drug issues, through both community follow-up and outpatient clinics.

About you
Working with a passionate, multi-disciplinary team who place great value on putting people first, you will have the standard of clinical practice and expertise necessary to effectively provide for tangata whaiora and whanau needs within the service here in Northland.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Be a New Zealand registered nurse with a current practicing certificate
- Have experience in acute and community mental health nursing practice
- Possess a strong desire and ability to work as part of a positive and productive multi-disciplinary team
- Be highly motivated and have excellent communication and computer skills
- Hold a full New Zealand driver's licence
- Have the highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
