Are you passionate about food? Due to retirement a position has become available in our Bakery Department. This is a small department that punches above its weight. A baking qualification is preferred, consideration will be given to applicants with other food industry qualifications. The following skills will be required:
- All round baking skills, creative skills, people skills
- Ordering, production, management of waste
- Exceptional food handling skills and commitment to strict adherence of Food safety and Health and Safety regulations
- Time management, control of GP, Product range
- Stocktaking, computer skills.
- Maintaining high standards of product and merchandising
- A good communicator and a team player
- Reliable, honest with a great work ethic
It is 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday (hours to be discussed).
