Overnight Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Nightshift Linehaul Driver to join our transport operation, responsible for the time-critical movement of freight between key depots across the Central lower North Island starting in Palmerston North.

Hours of Work: Nightshift role, hours ranging from 6:00pm to approximately 7:00am, weekend work may be required.

This role involves overnight driving on a structured route, ensuring freight is transported safely and delivered on schedule to meet strict distribution deadlines. The work is primarily depot-to-depot with minimal manual handling, but requires a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and consistency.

You will be operating a well-maintained vehicle and working independently throughout the night, so strong self-management and a safety-first mindset are essential.

Applicants must hold the appropriate class licence, have a clean driving record, and demonstrate reliability in time-sensitive environments. Previous linehaul or freight experience is highly regarded.

Requirements: Logbook experience required. Must pass a drug test. Full Class 1 licence essential, with Class 2 preferred.
