Pt Chev Cookies is a small, family-owned cookie company, and we’re baking something truly special. Our cookies are artisan and handcrafted using premium ingredients and found nationwide in specialty stores and a boutique supermarket chain. We are expanding our bakery team and looking for Experienced Production Cookie Bakers & Dough Makers to join our committed crew.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Preparing cookie doughs using commercial bakery equipment
  • Hand forming each cookie from dough
  • Baking and hand-finishing cookies with precision and care
  • Packaging cookies for wholesale and private orders
  • Supporting and mentoring fellow team members
  • Excellent knowledge and skill of commercial kitchen equipment and cleaning practices
  • Be an amazing communicatory who enjoys working as a team but also independently.
  • Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work during seasonal periods
  • Part-time day shifts
What You’ll Need to Bring:
  • At least 2+ years’ bakery or food handling experience
  • Solid knowledge and experience of bakery practices and equipment
  • Follow Food safety practices and guidelines at all times
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit
  • Passion, energy, and high personal standards
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain consistent and high level of quality of cookies produced
  • Ability to follow recipes, processes and protocols
  • Excellent English, both interpreting / comprehending and communicating
  • A consistently strong work ethic and desire to grow within the role
  • Committed, reliable and professional
  • Current Food health & safety hygiene certificate
