Customer Service Representative

In this Wellington based role you will be a pivotal member of a small team working a 4 days on, 2 days off roster. The successful applicant will be responsible for helping our client build a strong reputation here in the capital. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and trusted to make sure every interaction is efficient, friendly and aligned with our clients commitment to excellence.

• Welcome and assist customers at the front counter and over the phone.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored rental solutions.
• Accurately prepare rental agreements, invoices, and receipts.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and ensure handovers meet NHR’s high standards.
• Keep internal systems and customer records up to date.
• Support daily cash handling and reconciliation processes.
• Assist with grooming vehicles and maintaining the fleet to the high standard of presentation our customers expect.

• Proven customer service experience
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Confident with technology
• Strong time management skills
