Job Description:

The role will include, but not limited to:

• Prepare a variety of Japanese dishes such as sushi, sashimi, ramen, and tempura following traditional techniques and recipes.
• Ensure precise ingredient preparation by cleaning, cutting, and handling fish, meats, and vegetables skillfully.
• Maintain food quality and consistency by adhering to recipe guidelines and presentation standards.
• Follow food safety and hygiene practices to keep the kitchen clean and compliant with health regulations.
• Monitor and manage kitchen inventory by tracking ingredient levels and assisting with stock organization.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient food service operations.
• Handle knives and kitchen equipment safely while keeping tools clean and in proper working condition.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and contribute creative ideas for new menu items when appropriate.
• Other duties maybe reasonable required by the business representative

Job pre-requisites:

• At least 2 years of cooking experience
• Relevant cookery qualifications are preferable but not a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to details and a hard-working attitude.

• Have a strong focus on food hygiene and cleanliness.

Job Salary : $30.00 – 30.50

Working hours： 30 - 40 hours per week
