Kerb & Concrete Labourer/Class 2 Driver
We are a well-established and respected company who services clients throughout the South Island. We now have an opening for a Class 2 Driver / Kerb & Channel Concrete Labourer to join our Christchurch Kerb and Concrete team.
If you are reliable, enjoy working within a team, happy to be ‘hands on’ in a physically demanding role and keen to upskill along the way, then please give us a call.
We are seeking a physically fit, concrete labourer / Class 2 Driver who is a team player and happy to roll up their sleeves and 'muck in' with the team on the job. Truck mounted crane experience / trained would be advantageous, but not essential, as training will be given for the right person.(For lifting machinery on/off back of truck).
Skills/Attributes:- Must hold and maintain a clean & current Full Class 2 License.
- Experienced with concrete labour.
- Have great work ethic and take pride in your work.
- MUST keep good health and be Physically Fit/Able to perform the tasks involved.
- Punctual & available to work long days.
- Willing to learn & ‘muck in’ as required.
- Safety Conscious (Must remain Drug & Alcohol Free).
- Able to follow instructions (& communicate when unsure).
- A very competitive hourly rate (paid weekly)
- Medical Insurance (after 3 months continuous employment)
- All PPE
- Ongoing training as required (including assistance with obtaining licenses)
