This is an entry-level, hands-on role working alongside experienced technicians across Auckland.
You’ll be out in customers’ homes, helping service and maintain heat pump systems — and learning the trade as you go.
We’re looking for someone who wants to grow, take responsibility, and build a long-term career.
You don’t need experience - but you do need a great attitude and a willingness to step up and represent our brand well.What You’ll Be Learning
With training and support, you’ll learn how to:
- Assist with servicing and repairing heat pumps and HVAC systems
- Help diagnose faults and understand how systems work
- Carry out routine maintenance and system checks
- Work safely on-site in homes and light commercial buildings
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Complete job documentation and service records
- Take pride in your workmanship, presentation, and growth
- Work as part of a supportive team across the Auckland region

You’ll also need:
- NZ Residency, Citizenship, or a valid Work Visa
- A restricted or full NZ driver’s licence (or working towards it)
- Full-time, stable employment with a growing company
- On-the-job training and skill development
