NZB Assistant Store Manager

Woods & Co Recruitment are looking for an experiencedAssistant Store Managerto join a leading Australian casual apparel brand at their Manawa Bay, Auckland store.

This is a hands-on role where your passion and drive will make a real difference.

• Sunday-Thursday roster

Your role:

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
• Drive sales and meet KPIs through coaching and motivating the team
• Assist with rosters, budgets, and daily store performance
• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering outstanding customer service
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage stock effectively
• Step up as Acting Store Manager when required

What we’re looking for:

• Proven strong ASM experience in retail
• Strong ability to drive sales and deliver results
• Hands-on, people-first leadership style
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
• Enthusiasm to be part of the team and grow within the role
