The Sales Assistant key focuses include maintaining excellent site standards, provide excellent customer service and actively promote and execute a positive and welcoming work environment for all team members.

• Retail experience preferred but not essential, as full training will be given
• Flexibility to work all days of the week

• Assists customers with other maintenance tasks within their capabilities while ensuring all health and safety obligations are met. These tasks can include washing the vehicles windscreen, assistance fueling a vehicle.
• Maintains a clean and tidy forecourt by ensuring all cleaning procedures are carried out effectively and efficiently.
• Maintains a clean and tidy shop, this includes cleaning toilets, cleaning all equipment within the site. Ensuring displays meet planograms and promotional displays are as per provided plans.
• Assists with café tasks as appropriate, this includes food preparation, cleaning of café equipment.
• Efficient user of the POS and pump systems, assisting customers with making payment of purchased goods.
• Actively involved in maintaining a team culture of great customer service.
• Promotes and practices Health & Safety, identifying potential hazards. Accurately documenting incidents or accidents.
