Part-Time Warranty Administrator

We are looking for a Part-Time Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic team!

As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation, and liaising between customers, service teams, and manufacturers to facilitate smooth and timely claim processing.

• Process and submit warranty claims accurately and within required timelines
• Review and validate warranty documentation and repair orders
• Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers regarding warranty approvals
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers
• Maintain up-to-date records of all warranty transactions
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures

• Previous experience in a warranty, service advisory, or administrative role (automotive experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
