As a Retail Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities include assisting customers with their inquiries, maintaining store cleanliness and restocking shelves.

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Members to join us on a fixed-term contract, covering our busy Spring and Summer seasons.

All roles below are fixed-term roles, starting ASAP and finishing mid-January 2025

Showroom Zone Team Members:

Showrooms has a focus on Plumbing & Bathrooms, Kitchens, Lighting & Electrical Departments.

Role 1: Friday and Saturday 9.30am - 6.00pm (16 hours)

Role 2: Friday and Saturday 9.30am - 6.00pm (16 hours)

Building Zone Team Members:

These roles have a focus in the Trade Drive Thru. You must have a Full New Zealand Driver's Licence for this role.

Role 3: Monday and Sunday 7.30am - 6.00pm (20 hours)

Role 4: Friday and Saturday 7.30am - 6.00pm (20 hours)

Indoor and Outdoor Zone Team Members:

This zone has a focus on Paint, Housewares and Seasonal departments.

Role 5: Monday and Sunday 9.00am -5.30pm (16 hours)
Role 6: Monday and Sunday 9.30am - 6.00pm (16 hours)

Role 7: Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 5.30pm (16 hours)

What you can expect in these roles:

Working closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Retail Departments
Engaging in various physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items
