- Proven sales experience: 3+ years delivering results and building strong client relationships
- Team support: A natural leader who thrives on helping others succeed — you'll support the Branch Manager in daily operations and team development

- Eagerness to learn: You're excited to grow into leadership, take on new challenges, and absorb everything you can
