Freight Dispatcher – Experienced

Key Responsibilities: -Schedule and coordinate daily freight pick-ups and deliveries.

• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and warehouse staff.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with all transport regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records.
• Support the operations team in optimising routes and scheduling to improve efficiency.

• Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a logistics role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and transport management software.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of New Zealand’s freight and road transport industry.
