Qualified plumber and/or gasfitter

We’re on the lookout for a qualified Plumber and/or Gasfitter to join our growing team in Wellington.

You’ll have the opportunity to take the lead on your own jobs, from quoting through to sign-off - while also playing a key role in mentoring and supporting our up-and-coming apprentices. If you’re passionate about sharing knowledge and helping shape the next generation of tradespeople, this is the role for you.

• A mix of residential and light commercial work
• A supportive team – a hands on General Manger, 2 full time office staff to help support you in your role
• Flexibility to start onsite or at our Petone based workshop to load up, prep jobs, and sort gear

• NZ Qualified and Registered Plumber and/or Gasfitter (Certifying or Tradesman) will consider Journeyman.
• Full NZ driver’s licence
• Someone who takes pride in quality work and solving problems efficiently
• Strong communicator – with clients, the team, and especially apprentices
• Willing to support and guide less experienced team members, while continuing to grow yourself
