Part time Chef/cook - Italian cuisine

Looking for a casual or part time cook/chef to assist during evening service for 3 nights a week. Approx 10-12 hours.
Previous experience in a small busy kitchen essential.Cold larder and fryer experience a distinct advantage.
- Pay rate will be commensurate to experience.
Will suit as a second job for a local resident.
Must be available to work weekend nights.
