We're looking for a confident and service-driven Lounge Supervisor to lead our team at one of Wellington Airport's most prestigious lounges. In this role, you'll oversee daily catering operations, ensuring seamless food service and guest satisfaction.

You'll be responsible for supervising and mentoring your team, maintaining high standards of presentation, and delivering a five-star experience to every guest.

  • Supervise and coordinate catering staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service.
  • Maintain clean and well-presented dining and kitchen areas, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Respond to guest requests and feedback with professionalism and urgency.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Proven experience in a similar supervisory or hospitality role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-focused mindset.
  • Flexible, reliable, and physically fit with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of personal presentation and hygiene.
  • Holds or is willing to obtain a NZQA Food Handling Certificate (Units 167 & 168).
