Parkwood is a well-established retirement village nestled within 65 acres of native bush and beautifully landscaped gardens. We are seeking an experienced Gardener to help maintain and enhance our tranquil, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
About the Role
You will be part of a small, committed team responsible for:
Maintaining lawns, garden beds, trees and native bush areas- Planting, pruning, mulching and general garden upkeep
- Weed and pest control
- Operating garden machinery and equipment safely
- Assisting with seasonal projects and improvements across the grounds
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Level 3 or higher qualification in amenity horticulture (or equivalent)
- A current driver licence
- The ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presenting high-quality gardens
