Duty Manager TEMPORARY

Seeking an experienced, friendly Hospitality superstar with current Duty Manager's Certificate to join our awesome team in our busy Restaurant/Bar to cover for injury leave. Persons eligible for a Duty Manager's certificate to be considered also (i.e. Holds a recognized "License Controller Qualification")

You will bring with you:

A sound knowledge of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act (2012)
Experience with Gaming Machines preferred, but not essential, as training for these is easy.
Full Drivers License
Cash handling proficiency
Fantastic customer service skills, as most of our business is in repeating customers

This position includes evenings and weekends, we are happy to discuss what hours will work for everyone involved.

We have been advised to expect the absence could be 5+ months, due to treatment type and recovery time, and with a graduated return to work, meaning the length of cover needed may in fact be longer, and the hours may become more dynamic as the return to work progresses.
