About the Role

We're looking for an intermediate-level Accounts Administrator who is confident across both accounting and general administrative tasks, and enjoys working in a varied, hands-on role.

You'll play a key part in supporting day-to-day financial operations, while also assisting with broader admin duties and acting as a point of contact for internal and external queries. This includes occasional phone-based customer interaction, particularly around account queries and collections.

There is also the opportunity to support payroll activities for the right candidate, offering further scope to grow your skillset over time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing day-to-day accounts functions including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and transaction processing
  • Assisting with reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Supporting month-end processes and basic reporting
  • Handling general administrative tasks, including documentation and data management
  • Responding to phone and email enquiries, including customer account queries and collections
  • Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
  • Contributing to process improvements and system efficiencies
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties as required
What You'll Bring:
  • 3-5+ years' experience in accounts and/or administration
  • Solid understanding of core accounting processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confidence using accounting software and Excel
  • Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with payroll processes (preferred but not essential)
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
