Fixed Term Stock Coordinator - TIMARU

This is a 12-month Fixed Term position, starting mid-June 2026. Working 27.5 hours per week on the following shifts:- Monday (09.00-16.30)
- Tuesday (09.00–16.30)
- Wednesday (09.00-16.30)
- Sunday (10.00–17.00)
When required, preferred flexibility is desirable to pick up extra shifts to cover peak trading (e.g. Christmas) and annual/sick leave.

- Promptly unload and process stock deliveries
- Sort, organise and store inventory in the proper locations
- Maintain up to date and accurate records of inventory movement
- Ensure the workplace area is clean, neat and member-ready
- Work as an active team member to complete team goals
- Assists team members as needed throughout the store.
- Assists with customer service in peak trade periods when required
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required
- Previous retail experience in a customer-facing role
- Motivated and career-driven, as well as willing to learn and upskill
- Customer and sales-focused professional with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated shows initiative, confidence and a strong team-player
