We’re expanding! Reroute Traffic Management is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Auckland. If you’re passionate about the traffic management industry and love building lasting client relationships, we want you on our team.

• Develop and execute strategies to grow our client base across Auckland and beyond.
• Foster long-term relationships with contractors, councils, and infrastructure stakeholders.
• Lead tender submissions, proposals, and client presentations to promote our services.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with operations to align business development with service capabilities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining profitability.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management – traffic management, roading, or construction background highly preferred.
• Established network in Auckland’s infrastructure/construction sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation abilities.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Full driver’s license (site visits and client meetings required).

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills (fluent English essential).
