-to-day team leadership, coaching, support and guidance to our health centre staff.You'll work closely alongside the Health Centre Manager and the team to oversee and ensure the smooth running of the unit, modelling culturally safe clinical practice and partnership that promotes Humanising and Healing
  • respecting the human dignity and inherent mana of those in our management.

Your ability to exercise professional judgment and assist the team with complex case resolution will be invaluable, and you'll be a first port of call to support and assist the men in our management with any concerns, or potential complaints, as they arise.

In addition to managing team rostering and clinical reporting, you'll also have regular opportunities to liaise and work with external providers on health-related referral requests and processing.
