Coffee Cart Manager – A new Venture in Tekapo - Fairlie

We’re on the lookout for a Coffee Cart Manager to run a brand-new coffee cart near Lakes Edge Holiday Park in Lake Tekapo. This is a full-time, self-managed position ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee, thrives in a hospitality environment, and is excited to be part of something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage the daily functions of the coffee cart
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages and food to customers
• Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
• Manage inventory, ordering of coffee and food, and stock control
• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant food and beverage environment
• Monitor sales, set daily goals, and maximise performance
• Contribute to marketing, menu ideas, and business growth strategies. We want your creative input!

What we’re looking for:

• Trained barista with strong coffee knowledge and skills
• Hospitality experience – at least 2 years in a front of house, food and beverage role
• Someone who’s reliable, motivated, and great with people
• Bonus points if you’ve got previous management experience
• Valid Work Visa or NZ Permanent Resident or Citizen
