The Role:
As the Senior Stormwater Engineer, you will:
- Lead and Mentor: Guide and grow a small, high-performing team of engineers.
- Hands-On Delivery: Provide technical expertise in stormwater design, management, and modelling.
- Project Leadership: Take ownership of stormwater projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with trusted clients.
- Drive Innovation: Develop creative solutions to complex challenges across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Business Growth: Contribute to the strategic vision of the consultancy, with opportunities to become a shareholder.
Your Qualifications:
- A degree in civil or environmental engineering.
- Around 8-12 years of professional experience in stormwater engineering, with a strong technical focus.
- Expertise in stormwater design, management, and modelling tools.
- Experience in land development and infrastructure projects.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- CPEng certified or actively pursuing certification.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
