About the Role

As a Site Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations on a range of projects – from local civil infrastructure to commercial builds, large subdivisions, and repairs and maintenance work.

• Managing site crews and equipment
• Overseeing daily civil construction activities
• Enforcing Health & Safety procedures and documentation
• Supporting cost control and quality assurance
• Leading from the front – working on the tools when required

• 5+ years’ experience in civil construction
• 1+ years’ experience managing teams
• Strong knowledge of civil works, excavation, and safety regulations
• Familiarity with RITS standards and modern construction methods
• Ability to read and follow plans
• Machinery operating experience is a bonus
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
