Salary: Base + Commission (OTE $60k-$90k+ depending on performance)

What started as a small warehouse with big ambitions has grown into a trusted yard in Christchurch city for kiwis to find tough, reliable utes at a bargain price.

We specialise in hand selected utes that are built to work hard - whether it's for the job site, the farm, the road (or off it).

We’re now looking for a full-time Sales Consultant to join our team and grow with us.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming customers to the yard and helping them find the right UTE for their needs.
• Taking photos of UTES for our website, trade me and Facebook.
• Following up leads, answering calls and messages, and closing deals in person and online.
• Learning the ins and outs of our stock And the products we sell so you can talk confidently about what we offer (eg. warranties, finance ect)
• Assisting with test drives, vehicle handovers, and basic yard presentation.
• Supporting trade-ins, finance applications, and other parts of the sales process.

• Friendly, confident communicator who’s great with people
• Sales experience is ideal, but not essential if you’re sharp, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Honest and down to earth - no dodgy sales tactics here.
• Self-motivated with a solid work ethic (you’ll be expected to follow up leads and chase opportunities).
• Someone who’s comfortable using phones, tablets, and basic digital tools (we’re a modern yard).
• A full Or restricted NZ driver licence is a must.
