Healthy Homes & Heat Pump Service Technician
We are looking for a reliable technician to service rental properties across the Auckland region.
This role involves heat pump servicing, smoke alarm checks/installations, and Healthy Homes assessments to help landlords keep properties compliant.
You will be working across a variety of residential properties and managing your own jobs throughout Auckland.
Key Duties:
Service and clean residential heat pumpsInstall and test smoke alarms
Carry out Healthy Homes assessments
Identify compliance issues and provide solutions
Complete reports and basic documentation
Travel to properties across Auckland
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with heat pumps, HVAC, or property maintenanceUnderstanding of Healthy Homes standards or the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) is preferred
Good practical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently
Full NZ driver licence
Reliable and professional
