Project Manager - Hamilton
We are a long standing and premier Waikato civil contractor specialising in subdivisions, 3 waters drainage and commercial site works projects . Our business continues to grow and with a stable forward workload we now require a skilled Project Manager to join our high performing business in a newly created role.
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager that can run a large project or multiple smaller projects ranging from $1 million - $15 million in value.
Ideally for this role you will have:
- Experience delivering subdivisions or 3 waters drainage projects
- Be confident running projects from start to finish
- Deliver project financials, month end claims and variations
- Confidently liaise with engineers, sub contractors, clients and council representatives
This role would be ideal for a Project Engineer ready to take the next step up in the career or an experienced Project Manager ready for a change of scenery that can hit the ground running.
