What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve bubble tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with quality and consistency
- Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude
- Handle cash, EFTPOS, and online orders accurately
- Keep the shop clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Work as part of a fun, supportive team
- Energetic, reliable, and enthusiastic team players
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hospitality experience is a bonus (but not required—we’ll train you!)
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings
