Currently, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Store Manager in our VAPE ON, Wahi store. We are seeking motivated professional who wants to grow with us and be part of our exciting industry.
As a Store Manager your key responsibilities include :
- Effectively manage the overall operations of the store
- Lead the team independently and supervise the staff for smooth routine operations of business.
- Manages the daily operations of the Store.
- Manages and supervises staff, including hiring, rostering, training and performance evaluation
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Monitors and analyses sales and financial data
- Manages retail establishment finances, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Develops and maintains relationships with suppliers, and negotiates contracts and pricing
- Implements marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers
- Resolves customer complaints and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction
- Strategically plan the growth of business at local level ensuring maximum regular casual customer at the store.
- Introduce and implement new and innovative ideas to generate revenue.
- Manage operations with passion, integrity and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of the Store.
- Take random customer feedback to assess their satisfaction regarding customer service and use the same for making change in strategy of the business
- Plan promotions and combos to attract customers as part of marketing and to minimise stock expiry and wastage.
- Implement new company policies and procedures by developing plans and instructing staff.
- Provide direction to shift leaders and staff to achieve the Store goals.
- Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement
- Provide coaching and feedback to staff and assess performance on an ongoing basis
- Create a positive consumers experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage customers
- Manage the store to meet or exceed standards in safety and cleanliness.
- Train and coach staff on customer services principles and practices
- Follow the store policies and procedures including those for cash handling and safety/security
- Stocktake periodically and to check for difference in physical stock and stock in books.
- Make policies and checks to minimise stock expiry and wastage and to minimize the difference between physical stock at store and stock in books
Requirements : Qualification i.e. Diploma in Business or three years relevant work experience as Manager in relevant industry
