Allure Hair Studio is on the hunt for a passionate and driven Senior Stylist to join our dynamic team in Papakura.

• A proven track record in leadership and team development
• A passion for mentoring and training apprentices
• Mastery of modern trends and cutting-edge styles
• A focus on exceptional client service
• Solid experience with stock ordering and inventory
• A love for working in a fun, inclusive, and high-energy salon culture
• A mindset of continuous learning and growth
• Hold a minimum of Certificate IV or equivalent
• Have at least 3 years post apprenticeship experience
• Have the ability to work on weekends, scheduled Saturday 9-3 am.
• Confident in all aspects of cutting, colouring, and styling
• Passionate about hair, fashion, and delivering an exceptional client experience
• A team player who loves a bit of banter and building real relationships
• Organised, well-presented, and a strong communicator
• Keen to keep learning through ongoing training, education, shows, and photoshoots
