Colour Consultant

In addition to providing colour advice, you will help maintain a clean and organized sales area, and assist customers in finding products. You will also engage with potential customers to promote the Valspar brand.

• Engage with customers, offering expert advice interior design and colour selection.
• Discuss and promote paint products to enhance customer experience.
• Provide consultations based on customer photos and preferences.
• Work collaboratively with store representatives to support sales initiatives.
• Ensure all promotions and displays meet the company's brand standards.

• Exceptional understanding of interior design and colour matching
• Colour qualifications or background in interior design isn't required but hugely beneficial.
• Friendly and approachable communication and sales skills.
• Great at building rapport with customers.
