Duty Manager

We are looking for a confident and experienced Duty Manager who can take full ownership of a shift and consistently deliver excellent customer service.

Garam Masala is a newly established Indian restaurant, open for just 5 months, and already a local favorite. As we continue to grow, we need someone who can hit the ground running, lead the team effectively, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in customer experience, and can confidently manage busy service periods while supporting and guiding the team.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Duty Manager in a hospitality environment

Current LCQ and Duty Manager Certificate

Ability to confidently manage busy services from start to finish

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills

Availability to work weekends
