As a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient management of traffic around our construction sites. You will lead and support a team of traffic controllers, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.This is a key role where your expertise will contribute to the smooth running of our projects and the safety of all road users.

What you'll bring to the role:
- STMS Qualification with Category A and B practising
- Full clean New Zealand Driver's License, Minimum Class 1, class 2 desirable
- A safety-first attitude - for yourself, your team and the public
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience mentoring and supervising crews
- Proven experience in the traffic industry
- A high level of physical fitness due to the physical nature of the role
- Reliable, honest and flexible
