Class 4 Driver - Christchurch
Selwyn-based | $28–$34 per hour (experience dependent)
We’re looking for a motivated Civil Class 4 Driver to join a well-established civil construction crew in Selwyn. This is a permanent opportunity for someone who’s confident behind the wheel but also willing to get stuck in with manual labour on site.
About the Role
You’ll be part of a drainage-focused team, driving Class 4 trucks and supporting the crew with hands-on labouring when required. This is an ideal position for someone who wants variety in their day, enjoys being part of a team, and takes pride in contributing to quality infrastructure work.
Skills & Experience- Current Class 4 licence with proven driving experience
- Previous civil or drainage project experience preferred
- Comfortable with manual labour as part of the role
- Health and safety focused, reliable, and hard working
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Permanent, stable employment with a respected civil contractor
- Competitive hourly rate $28–$34 (based on experience)
- Variety of work across drainage and civil projects
- Supportive crew and opportunities to develop skills
